She claims that she firmly believes in the public education and that she trusts Asheboro schools with her daughters' education and will continue to do so.

“My core beliefs revolve around faith, family, and community. I firmly believe that all children deserve the same quality education, care, and support, regardless of their background,” she said.

For candidate Extracurricular youth programs, especially in low-income communities, are very important, as is promoting educational equity to ensure that all students have the same opportunities.

“For me, encouraging parent involvement, open communication, inviting parents to Board meetings, and being present at the school, not just at meetings, is my priority,” the candidate emphasized.
