Patrick Timmins is originally from Washington Heights, Manhattan. He earned his bachelor's degree from Manhattan University and his law degree from Pace University. He resides in Manhattan.

Patrick is a civil litigator. He also teaches criminal law and constitutional law at John Jay College of Criminal Justice. Before joining the legal profession, he worked as a legislative aide and was involved in local politics in his hometown of East Brunswick.

Patrick currently works as a civil litigator for individuals diagnosed with cancer from asbestos exposure and teaches at the John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
