Jeanine has lived in the Village of Bellerose with her husband, Dan, and their five children for 24 years. Her father emigrated from Caracas, Venezuela, in 1948, while her mother’s family emigrated from Ireland in the late 1800s. Jeanine and her three younger siblings were raised by their parents in Middle Village, Queens.

Jeanine received her Bachelor’s Degree in American Politics from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C., and earned a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
