Public Safety

Nicole is an ardent supporter of law enforcement and earned the endorsement of every NYPD union during her first congressional campaign.

In the State Legislature, she voted against the state’s cashless bail law and opposed efforts to close Rikers Island and defund the police.

As the daughter of immigrants, Nicole understands the promise of the American Dream and has advocated for Washington to fix the broken immigration system that has left so many in the shadows.
