Housing should be affordable and sustainable for the long term, ensuring residents are not forced to choose between shelter and survival. Growth must not come at the cost of displacement or neglect. I support grants for first-time home buyers to empower new generations, and I advocate for no property taxes for our seniors, allowing them to age with dignity and security. Everyone should have the opportunity to own.
