Ramses Frias is a lifelong Queens resident, father, community advocate, and healthcare professional running for New York State Assembly in District 39, representing Corona, Elmhurst, Jackson Heights, and parts of Middle Village. Born and raised in Elmhurst, Ramses has spent years fighting for safer streets, better quality of life, stronger schools, and affordable healthcare for working families.

Ramses is the founder of Citizens United, a community-based group dedicated to elevating the quality of life for NYC residents. He is also a member of the Let’s Improve Roosevelt Avenue bipartisan coalition, which advocates for improvements along Roosevelt Avenue. Additionally, he has helped hundreds of families access and navigate community healthcare resources.
