Asked in an October 21, 2022 State Assembly candidate interview what plans he supported to address climate change, sea-level rise, and extreme storms, Sullivan said: “I’m not a climate denier. What I will tell you is that right, the Earth continues to go through changes always, and we should always build resiliency.”

Could be in finance, could be a soldier, could be a small business owner, could be police, fire, whatever the case is. We have way too many inexperienced politicians that make it a career. I am a big believer in term limits. And if I do not receive a promotion, or in a few years, then it’s back to my business.”

So you can’t just allow housing building units to go X amount of stories, right? So there has to be restrictions. Why?
