The Metro council filed a lawsuit against Tina Burnell, alleging she violated policy by disclosing information from an executive session. Burnell, had publicly criticized a $6 million city settlement with an affordable housing developer (LDG), calling it a "back-door deal" because zoning ordinance changes were allegedly agreed upon before they were ever debated in a public meeting.
