Hard-Working Local Roots

Starting at a local print shop at 16 and making manager by 18, Lonnie saved to make a down payment on his first home at 19. It's nearly impossible to do that now. Lonnie wants to work on local solutions to help people get ahead for their families. His 40+ years in manufacturing—from factory floor to team management—instilled a frugal, results-driven mindset.

Lonnie previously worked as a manager at a local print shop and in manufacturing, progressing from the factory floor to team management.
