2026 Kentucky General Election

As most people in our community now know, Watterson Park has purchased from Yum! the five-acre tract of undeveloped land at 1391 Gardiner Lane located adjacent to the KFC offices. This was the parcel of property that Yum! had put on the market over a year ago. Special thanks to Mayor Chesser, Council Member Walter "Jay" Bourke, City Treasurer Jean Hall, and our attorneys for their assistance in the acquisition of and post-acquisition efforts related to Watterson Park’s new property.
