Chad A. Bilz is a Villa Hills native. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in finance from Northern Kentucky University.

The Northern Kentucky Young Professionals (NKYP) will honor Chad Bilz, Vice President at Houchens Insurance Group, with its Legend Award at the 2024 Next Generation Leader Awards (NGLAs).

From 2015 to 2020, Bilz operated his own agency, which merged with Houchens Insurance Group in October 2020.

Bilz also works as an instructor of insurance at the National Alliance and previously worked as an adjunct professor at NKU.
