Cathy had finished in the 9th finish position in the 2022 General Election (top eight finish positions are elected for a two year term). Insurance will be a huge hurdle in the upcoming year, and I bring the benefit of my background in insurance to the table to help find the most affordable solutions for the employees and taxpayers of St. Matthews.” At the next regular city council meeting on February 14, a motion was made, and approved, that the vacated seat on the city council be filled by Cathi Clark.
