Kelly Esti is originally from Magnolia, Mississippi. He earned his bachelor's degree in management from Ottawa University, his Master's in Business Administration from Webster University, and doctorate degree in public policy analysis from Walden University. Kelly has volunteered on several non-profit boards, including, the Hapeville Board Zoning Appeals, The Main Street Academy Charter School, Georgia Equality, the Fulton County Community Zoning Board, and the Coalition for South Fulton Now.
