Betsy Holland is from Marietta, Georgia. She earned her bachelor's degree in American government and politics and women's studies from Smith College. She has volunteered with the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, the Atlanta Community ToolBank, Motherhood Beyond Bars, and the Fugees Family. She lives with her husband, Jason, and their child in the Buckhead neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia. She attends Morningside Presbyterian Church when she leads a women's small group.  

Betsy currently works as the chief executive officer of the Children's Advocacy Centers of Georgia. She previously worked as the interim executive director at Day League, the vice president of corporate social impact at Warner Bros. Discovery, the vice president of contributions and employee engagement at WarnerMedia, and the director of culture and engagement at Turner Broadcasting System. 

Betsy currently serves as a member of the Georgia House of Representatives representing District 54. She was first elected in 2018 and is serving her fourth term.

He previously worked at Microsoft in a role focused on improving employee well-being and began his career as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Youth Futures, a shelter home for young people in Utah.

Previously, he worked at Salt Lake Community College where he helped students who were striving to change their lives through education,  at Microsoft focused on improving employee well-being,  and as an AmeriCorps VISTA member at Youth Futures, a shelter home for young people in Utah.
