Mark Faul is originally from St. Charles, Missouri. He earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from Southeast Missouri State University, his master's degree in psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, and his doctorate degree in public policy analysis-organizational development from Saint Louis University. He currently lives in Flowery Branch, Georgia.

Mark's campaign for Hall County Commissioner, District 1, is his first run for public office. 

Mark is the owner of Mulberry Springs Vineyard and Winery. He has previously worked as a senior health scientist at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, an employee relations specialist with the U.S. Army, and an operations manager at Dry Ice Inc.
