Kyle Bartley Westbrook is originally from Lavonia, Georgia. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Emmanuel College. He lives in Sandy Cross, Georgia with his wife, Melanie, and their three children where they attend Royston Baptist Church. 

Kyle's campaign for County Commissioner is his first run for public office.

Kyle currently works as an agricultural loan specialist and youth sports coach. He previously worked as a commercial loan officer and small business manager.
