Anthony Jones  Commissioner, District 6

Anthony Jones is originally from Alabama. He earned his bachelor's degree from Tuskegee University. He volunteers on the Board of Directors for the Dougherty County Library and the Southwest Georgia Regional Commission Board. He lives with his wife, Debra, their three children, and one grandchild and attends Christian Life Missionary Baptist Church where he serves on the public relations ministry.

Anthony currently serves as a Dougherty County commissioner, District 6. He was first elected in 2018 and is in his second term. 

Anthony previously worked as the 4-H youth development coordinator and county extension coordinator at the University of Georgia's Dougherty County Extension Office.
