Darris is the chief executive officer and managing partner at RBM Consulting, a firm that advises small and mid-sized businesses. He is also president of the Camp Creek Business Association. Darris previously worked as an account manager for communications companies including Deutsche Telekom, Verizon, and Siemens. He served in the U.S. Marine Corps for four years.
