Reform the Rate-Setting Process

We must replace the current system of rushed, formula-based rate adjustments with a rigorous process. I will restore full public hearings and ensure robust community input before any rate increase is even considered.

Limit Data Centers

For too long Data Centers have been allowed by this Commission to proliferate and have their energy and water costs subsidized by Arizona residents. That must change.

Maximize Transparency

Ratepayers should not be subsidizing mega-users like data centers. I will demand strict scrutiny of utility spending and investments to ensure that public interests—not corporate profit margins—come first.

Plans to restore public hearings and community input before the Commission considers utility rate increases.

Opposes having utility customers subsidize data centers and calls for close review of utility spending and investments.

Invest in Affordability & Reliability

We need a forward-looking energy portfolio. By prioritizing low-cost, reliable, and water-saving energy sources like solar and battery storage, we can stabilize energy costs. I will champion energy efficiency and demand-management programs that directly lower monthly bills for households and local businesses.

I’m not running as a career politician; I’m running as someone who believes government should work for people, not special interests. We can lower costs, strengthen our grid, and invest in cleaner, more efficient energy that protects our water and air while supporting business growth. Arizona deserves leadership that is practical, forward-thinking, and focused on results. That’s what I will bring to the Commission.

Protect Water

The Commission can be doing so much more than it is to protect our water supply and protect access to water for lower-income Arizonans. The current Commission continues to protect the interests of giant corporations rather than the everyday Arizonan.
