Andrew Payton lives in Harrisonburg with his wife Paulina and their two children. He has worked with the Climate Action Alliance of the Valley and served as chair of Harrisonburg’s Environmental Performance Standards Advisory Committee.

Andrew is an instructional designer in online education. He previously worked as a college instructor. Earlier in his career, he took on various jobs, including making pizzas and assembling furniture.

Andrew's campaign for Virginia House of Delegates, District 34 is his first entry into politics.
