Delores A. Gunn is a widow, devoted mother of
three, and grandmother of nine, with a lifelong
passion for family, community growth, and personal
empowerment. With deep compassion, she has
dedicated her life to uplifting others, particularly
through her work in outreach and social skills
development.  
As an advocate for individuals overcoming addiction,
mental health challenges, and legal barriers, Delores
has served at Sunrise Detox and leads The Gator8
nonprofit, creating pathways to recovery and justice.
She is a board member of Men Facing, alumni
president of Restoration Theological Seminary, and
an ordained Evangelist, actively driving positive
change and mentoring the next generation.
Through her leadership, advocacy, and unwavering
commitment to her community, Delores embodies
the belief that with love and empowerment,
transformation is possible for everyone.
