Paul Hawkins is from Greenville, South Carolina. He became a certified master electrician and owned and operated Hawkins Electric for 48 years in Liberty County before retiring. Hawkins and his wife Linda have been married for 50 years. They have three children.

Paul is a retired electrician who owned and operated Hawkins Electric in Liberty County for 48 years.

Paul is currently the mayor of Flemington. He previously served as the mayor pro-tem and has been on the Flemington Council for more than 20 years.
