Cat is a community leader, entrepreneur, disabled Army veteran, and former candidate for Snellville City Council Post 1. Cat’s commitment to service includes leading a community feeding program for homeless veterans, and working people in need, mentoring Snellville’s youth, advocating for racial and social justice, supporting survivors of human trafficking and sexual trauma, and co-hosting a civic centered podcast that educates the residents of Snellville around politics and community issues. Cat proudly earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Georgia State University, holds her Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certification from The Council on International Education and Exchange (CIEE), a Health Coach Certification from Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and is a Board Member of two nonprofits. Tod moved to Snellville in 1995 where he currently resides. He attended Tucker High School and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration and marketing from Georgia State University. 

Tod works as a real estate investment advisor. 

Tod is currently a member of the Snellville City Council, Post 5 and serves as Mayor Pro Tem. He previously served on the council from 2007 to 2011 as well as Chairman of the Planning Commission in 2003.

Tod Warner moved into Snellville City limits in 1995 and was active in the Summit Chase HOA before being appointed to the Planning Commission in 2003. Tod has served as Chairman of the Planning Commission, Snellville's Urban Redevelpoment Authority and the Development Authority of Snellville.
