Originally from New Orleans, Bryant has embraced Hampton as his home, immersing himself in local initiatives and working to strengthen the city’s cultural and economic landscape. Beyond his professional and civic contributions, he enjoys Bundt cake baking, traveling, skydiving, and hot air ballooning. Bryant is known as PaPa to his four energetic and smart Grands who live in Spokane.

Donnie is a retired Air Traffic Controller. He later worked at AT&T, where he held key management positions in Marketing, Human Resources, and Information Technology.

Donnie is currently a member of the Hampton City Council. He was appointed to fill a vacancy on the council and began serving on January 29, 2025. His term is through December 31, 2025.
