Ibifrisolam Max-Alalibo served as Personal Assistant at a legal firm and worked at Family Dollar Store as a Floor Associate. He also studied Corrosion Technology at Houston Community College and was employed by The Harris Center for Mental Health and IDD.

Ibifrisolam Max-Alalibo served as Precinct Chairman and was appointed as Election Judge for two years in Fort Bend County.
