Mike earned his associate degree in criminal justice from Austin Community College, his bachelor's degree from Sam Houston State University, and his master's degree in business administration from Charter University. He lives with his family in Cedar Park.

Matthew is originally from Bartlett, Texas. He lives with his wife, M'Lissa, and their two children in Williamson County, Texas.

Matthew currently works as president of the Former Texas Rangers Association. He previously worked as an investigator with the Williamson County District Attorney’s Office and as a lieutenant in the Texas Ranger Division.
