Scott Grigg ran for Collin County Tax Assessor-Collector in 2020, but he did not win.

Scott is a Certified Fraud Examiner. He currently works as a legal clerk for Collin County. He previously worked as an internal auditor and financial operations manager for the Tax Assessor Collector’s Office and as a seminar instructor for the Institute of Internal Auditors. He also worked as a senior auditor at The Aaron's Company, Inc., Coca-Cola Enterprises, Tyson Foods, and Walmart.

Scott holds a degree in accounting and ministries from Harding University and a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Arkansas. He lives in Sachse with his wife, Amy. He is a Christian.
