Delia Garza is currently the County Attorney. She previously served as Austin Mayor Pro Tem, an Assistant Attorney General in the Child Support Division of the Office of the Attorney General, and was a firefighter in the Austin Fire Department.

Delia Garza was first elected to the Austin City Council in November 2014 and served as Mayor Pro Tem starting in January 2019. She was elected as Travis County Attorney in 2020.
