Dustin Phillips is a city council member in Benbrook. He was first elected in 2018 and is serving his 3rd term.

Dustin currently works as president and chief executive officer of Opportunity Resource Services, an educational nonprofit organization. He previously worked as an adjunct instructor and assistant director of TRIO Programs at Tarrant County College.

Dustin was born in Amarillo, TX. He earned a bachelor's degree in church ministry from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and a master's degree in communications from the University of Texas at Arlington. He resides in Benbrook with his wife, Marisa, and their 2 children.
