Christopher attended United High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, his master's degree in systems engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and his master's degree in finance from Georgetown University. 

Christopher previously developed military space systems for the Air Force. He has also worked in the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy, where he helped develop the US Space Command and worked with the US Space Force. He has served in the Army since 2003 and was commissioned as an Officer.

Christopher Ryan Dziados is a former Pentagon Policy Analyst. He served as an Officer in the Army, where he was involved in regional security in Iraq, training Iraqi Army forces, and developing U.S. military space systems. He also supported the development of the U.S. Space Force and co-led the team responsible for establishing the United States Space Command.
