Marc grew up in the Susquehanna Valley.  He currently lives in Dillsburg with his wife, Cindy. They have 2 children. 

Marc served in the United States Air Force and later participated in the Troops to Teachers program. He has been an administrator and teacher for the past 27 years, with 20 of those years spent within the Northern York County School District.
