Thomas Kutz grew up in the Mechanicsburg area.

Thomas previously worked as a staff member for the U.S. House Ways and Means Committee, with the Pennsylvania Senate Office of General Counsel, the Dauphin County District Attorney’s office, and as the policy director for Senator Mike Regan. He also served on the Pennsylvania Election Law Advisory Board and as a Lower Allen Township Commissioner.
