Bradley is from Guys Mills and attended Maplewood High School. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Gannon University. He has served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT with the East Mead Volunteer Fire Department. He lives in Mead Township with his wife Dana, with whom he has 3 children.

Bradley previously worked as a commercial underwriter with Erie Insurance. He has also taught as an instructor at an insurance institute.
