Cherri Lynn Rogers's campaign for State Representative in State Assembly District 58 in Pennsylvania is her first run for public office.

Cherri currently works as a K-8 school nurse for Pittsburgh Public Schools. She previously worked as a clinical placement coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh School of Nursing, business development manager at Strayer University School of Nursing, assistant director of behavioral health services at Highlands Hospital, patient engagement area manager at SONIFI Health, and occupational health nurse manager at Concentra.

Cherri is originally from Pennsylvania. She earned an associate's degree in nursing from Westmoreland County Community College, a bachelor's degree in nursing from Strayer University, a master's degree in nursing education from Capella University, a school nurse certificate from Eastern University, and a doctorate in education from the University of Pittsburgh School of Education. She is a member of the Pittsburgh Federation of Teachers Local 400 and lives in Pennsylvania's House District 58.
