Joe is originally from Langhorne, Pennsylvania. He earned a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in community and economic development from Pennsylvania State University and is currently completing a law degree at Temple University's Beasley School of Law. He lives with his wife in Langhorne and they are expecting their first child. He volunteers for the Boy Scouts of America and traveled to Poland to help Ukrainian refugees.
