Nick earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from John Carroll University. He currently resides in Howland Township with his wife Alexis.

Nick currently serves as the senior consultant for workforce and community engagement at VAZA Consulting. He was previously the director of government affairs and workforce development at the Educational Service Center of Eastern Ohio and held roles as manager and director of education and workforce development at the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber.
