Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a master's degree in nursing family practice and research from the University of Cincinnati. She volunteers at Lifechurch West Chester and lives with her husband, Chris, and their 2 children in West Chester.

Jennifer works as a healthcare consultant and nurse practitioner at Jennifer Gross Consulting. Jennifer is a 21-year Air Force Lieutenant Colonel.
