Bill earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Case Western Reserve University and a masters of business administration from the Weatherhead School of Management of Case Western Reserve University. He serves as the vice president of the Summit Educational Service Center Board of Governors, a member of the Summit County Farm Bureau. He has served as the president, treasurer and commissioner of Revere Baseball, a manager of the high school travel program, and on the executive committee of the Cuyahoga Valley Regional Council of Governments and the Akron General Hospital Member Advisory Committee.
