Joe is originally from Lexington, Kentucky. He attended Princeton High School, Marshall University, and Duke University. He is married to his wife, Diane, with whom he has 3 daughters. He currently resides in Springdale, Ohio.

Cindy received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Indiana University and graduated from the Public Leadership Academy of The Ohio State University. She and her husband live in Harrison and have two sons. She volunteers at St. John the Baptist Parish and is a board member of SHELeads.
