Melissa holds an associate's degree from Black Hawk College, a bachelor's degree from Indiana University, and a law degree from Captial University Law School. 

Melissa previously worked as an administrative assistant at CAS. 

Melissa Jordan currently serves as the Delaware County Recorder. She was appointed to this position in 2011 and elected in 2012. She is serving her 3rd full term.
