News Journal: Clinton County Engineer named Region VP of National Assoc. of County Engineers

Jeffrey was elected president of the County Engineers Association of Ohio (CEAO) in 2019 and is on the board of the National Association of County Engineers.

Previously, Jeffrey served as the deputy county engineer for Clinton County.

Jeffrey Linkous is the Clinton County engineer. He was elected in 2008 and is serving his fourth term.
