Beth Seibert is an Allen County Commissioner. She was appointed to this position in 2020 and elected later that year. She is serving her 1st full term. She is a former chairperson of the Agri-Business Committee.

Beth previously worked as the stormwater and watershed coordinator for the Allen Soil and Water Conservation District.

Beth is from Amanda Township, Ohio, and attended Spencerville High School. She is married to her husband Bill, with whom he has 4 daughters and 4 grandchildren. She lives in Lima. She attends Trinity United Methodist Church in Spencerville.
