Elizabeth holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature and mass communications from Denison University and a law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. She is married and has 2 children. She lives in Dayton. 

Elizabeth previously worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney in the Appellate Division of the Montgomery County Prosecuting Attorney's office. She also worked as an assistant prosecuting attorney, civil division chief, and as the juvenile division’s chief appellate counsel and director with the Greene County Prosecuting Attorney's office.

Julia was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. She earned her bachelor's degree in philosophy and her law degree from the University of Dayton. She and her husband, Patrick, have 3 children. 

Julia currently works as the administrative manager at the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office. She previously worked as an adjunt faculty member at Sinclair Community College, a contract attorney at LexisNexis, and as an AmeriCorps legal fellow at Legal Aid of Western Ohio.
