Kevin is originally from Anderson, Ohio. He earned his associate’s degree in business administration and accounting from the University of Cincinnati, a bachelor’s degree in political science from Northern Kentucky University, and a law degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. He currently lives in Union Township, Ohio, with his family.

Kevin has previously worked as the chief assistant prosecuting attorney for Clermont County, supervisor in the Felony Division of the Clermont County Prosecutor’s Office, and assistant prosecuting attorney handling misdemeanors in the Municipal Court. He also serves as a legal instructor at the University of Cincinnati Clermont College Police Academy.

Kevin T. Miles is a county common pleas judge in Clermont County. He was appointed by the Governor in 2022, then elected later that year and re-elected in 2024. Previously, he served as a judge for the Clermont County Municipal Court, where he was appointed in 2013 and later elected the same year, serving until 2022.
