Clermont County: Judge Jason Nagel

Jason earned a bachelor's degree in history and political science from Bowling Green State University, and a law degree from Ohio Northern University College of Law. 

Jason previously served as chief assistant prosecuting attorney for the Clermont County Prosecutor's Office, as well as assistant prosecuting attorney in that same office.

Jason Nagel is a judge for Clermont County Municipal Court. He was first elected in 2015 and is serving his 2nd term.

Currently serves as a judge for the Clermont County Municipal Court, where he has served since 2015. As a municipal court judge, he oversees cases involving traffic offenses and local ordinance violations, conducts preliminary hearings in criminal cases, issues search and arrest warrants, and determines sentencing in certain minor criminal cases.
