Stephen Weiner's campaign for surrogate court judge in Queens County, New York is his first run for public office.

Stephen currently works as an attorney at the Law Office of Stephen H. Weiner. He previously worked as a litigation associate at several law firms.

Stephen is originally from the Bronx. He earned his bachelor's degree in history from Yale University and his law degree from Columbia University. He lives with his wife, Betty-Ann, and their son in Sunnyside. He is an active member at his local synagogue Young Israel of Sunnyside, where he has served as president.
