Jay Wagner is a native of High Point, North Carolina, where he resides with his wife, Leigh Geddie Wagner, and their two children. He was the Battalion Commander and valedictorian at Oak Ridge Military Academy and is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and North Carolina Central University Law School.
