Cody holds both a bachelor's degree in management and real estate and a master's of business administration degree from Florida State University. He is married to his wife, with whom he has two children. 

Cody works as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of TopCat Markets, Inc. and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Lewis Company, Inc. He previously worked as the CFO of Artia Solutions and Executive Vice President for Jackson Savings Bank, SSB.
