Salisbury Post: RSS Board of Education appoints Marsh to fill vacant seat

Lynn obtained her bachelor's degree in regular/special education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, 2 master's degrees in learning disabilities and school administration from UNCC, and a doctorate degree in business administration from Cornell/Warren National University. She is married to Donald Marsh and has 2 children.

Lynn is a retired regular/special education teacher at China Grove Elementary and school principal. She worked as an adjunct professor in special education at Catawba College.

Lynn G. Marsh was appointed to the Rowan-Salisbury Board of Education in 2021, and is running for her first full term.
