Dr. Deltarina Carr

Deltarina is from Bridgeport, CT. She holds degrees in sacred theology, Christian education, philosophy, childhood psychology, sociology, and public administration from Emmaus Theological Bible College. Deltarina lives in Raeford with her husband, Lent. 

Deltarina is a pastor at Emmaus Cathedral GPACFB International Church. She is also a business owner and directs chapters of a mentorship program. She was chairwoman for the Bridgeport CT Board of Education Alliance for Community Empowerment Policy and Curriculum Council.
